We will be making a slight adjustment to the fall schedule moving starting this week 10/26/15.
We will be dropping the 7 pm class on Tuesday and Thursday. But don’t worry, we won’t be leaving that time slot empty. We will be able to offer more specialty courses similar to our powerlifting course at this time.
Additionally, we will be able to offer group skill sessions for things like gymnastics, weightlifting, and running. These will be 30 min to an hour sessions designed to help you improve on one aspect of your fitness training.
As a reminder, we do have open gym on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 – 11 am will also remain open until 730 pm for open gym after the 6 pm class for those of you with Open Gym add on to your membership.
We think that this schedule change will allow us to offer better services to you and also keep you motivated and training with a bigger group of people.
