This week we are going to put some of our training to the test with two workouts. A tester is a chance for you to go all out and put a specific energy system to the test. On today and Thursday we are going to test the glycolitic and aerobic systems respectively. If you can only make 2 days this week make it those days. You’ll definitely see these workouts again in the coming moths.
