Introducing Balcones CrossFit Guest Days. On August 22nd and 23rd we are inviting you to bring your friends into Balcones CrossFit. It’s a chance to show your friends everything that makes BCF great. We will have special team workouts to allow you and your friends to workout together. This is a very fun introduction to CrossFit, and a chance to show off all of your hard work.
